I’m looking for a cheap Internet service provider, I live in Billings Montana. Can anyone give me a list of options? I know some services have certain requirements, so here are my limitations: I don’t own or use a television, so cable internet may not be an available option. I do not use a house phone, (I use a cell) so there may be limitations for that as well.

If you have Sky, check out their broadband. There is a free one, or you can pay about £10-£15 a month with unlimited downloads. Sky rules.

   Well, what is your cell phone provider?
   I have Verizon Wireless, and I pay 39.99 a month to get tethering which means that I connect my phone via Bluetooth to my computer, and It acts as a Dial Up modem, and I get DSL like speeds. The great thing is that If you have a Laptop, you can connect your computer to the Internet, wherever you are in the range of a data connection.

   cable might be an option even if you don’t own or use a tv. You don’t have to have a tv to use cable internet – you use a cable modem hooked up to the cable..

   satellite may be another option you might try..

   I used to live in Montana, so I know your options are somewhat limited..

   at least you aren’t in Cut Bank… you’d probably have no options there……
