Banks will probably give you the best rate. There’s no other place to do it anyway really. You could go to the airport but you’ll probably get a crappy rate there. Pretty much any large bank will do it, I know Wells Fargo does.

DO YOU HAVE A COSTCO CARD. I KNOW THEREFOR EXCHANGING STCO OFF MORENA BLVD, COSTCO HAS A CURRNCY BOTH FOR EXCHANGING CURRENCY.
