DO YOU HAVE A COSTCO CARD. I KNOW THEREFOR EXCHANGING STCO OFF MORENA BLVD, COSTCO HAS A CURRNCY BOTH FOR EXCHANGING CURRENCY.

Banks will probably give you the best rate. There's no other place to do it anyway really. You could go to the airport but you'll probably get a crappy rate there. Pretty much any large bank will do it, I know Wells Fargo does.
