There are so many registry cleaners out there, just curious as to weather free cleaners are lacking anything that cleaners that cost have.
There are several differences.
The free ones work off either donations or they use ads in their programs etc etc
The paid ones have funds which helps them do research which yields constant updates which makes the program work better.
The standard rule of thumb is that if a program costs money there is a reason. There are OBVIOUSLY some exceptions but the program i like is Registry Booster. Works very well on not only Vista but also on XP. I would highly suggest it
Edit: CCleaner is known for the removal of junk files and non necessary registry files aka registry junk but it does not correct errors or improve system performance

well not really but go to safety.live.com it cleans ur whole computer its free, and its safe because its from microsoft.

I use CCleaner, too. And yes, it is good. You may try, also RegClenear. This is free, to. Check my source for the download link.
