I spent over 10 years developing RegVac because other people paid money for it. I would like to spend 10 more years making it better but if I give it away for free, I cannot do that. Unfortunately, I am not rich and my parents were not rich. I have to work for a living.

There are free antivirus programs out there. Avast is one of them. It may help you. Once you know the name of the trojan, you can do a search on the internet and should find instructions or free software for removing it.

It is hard to say whether it will help or not. It all depends on what is causing the problem (I doubt that it will). You can always try RegVac using the free trial version. If RegVac will not fix it, no other registry cleaner will.

Some programs use cmd to run DOS programs that are a part of their programming. This is normal. I would assume that is what is happening unless you have a virus that is doing that. I doubt it has anything to do with the registry. The text in the cmd windows should help you figure out what is going on.
