Sorry for the bad language. I’m just in a bad mood due to their bad service.
Its too bad that company don’t do what they say. What ever happened to be reputable? Sad.
but to cover my ass!!!…..
This is only “my opinion” of this provider and their services. They may provide quality service to their users.
Myself and my mother who has also left their service due to problems are the only users who are dissatisfied with its service.

Greetings from England hope your well, anyway I have aquestion which is linked to your video. I had been a customer of my Internet provider for 4 years, and then I miss one monthly installment by 1 day and they cut me off, The irony is that when I phoned customer service I was put on hold at premium rate, hence the call cost me alot of money, anyway long story short, I mailed them a bag of my dogs poopy, with a cherry in it. you should considert this its very beneficial.

My cable company Cable One holds a monopoly around here, so they charge like $50 a month for a slow as 3mb connection with 216mb upload or some crap like that.

I understand your frustration! This hasn’t happened to me with my internet bill, but it has with our phone bill. Our land line was originally like $50 a moth, and it went to up $70, we just got rid of the land line, and got a magic jack, which is free the first year. After that it’s $5 a year or something.

What ever happened to the days when the consumer was treated with respect and valued? Now, it seems companies treat people as if we are employed by them. We should not have to go through the hoops and whistles just to reach a “live” person and being a valued costumer should mean something. Instead we are forced to follow their rules and regulations while they take our money and give us nothing in return. -Steven-

where I work uses windstream, and they seem to have problems too. I used to have comcast, always lost service, but the good thing is when I would complain they were pretty nice, gave me some free pay channels for a couple months, but they charge waaay too much. currently on verizon, not bad at all, just really slow speeds in my area lol.
